The Mr. & Miss Lisabi Cultural Pageant is a passion project inspired by the Lambert Oyesiku Taylor Family’s deep love for Egba heritage and the legendary hero, Lisabi Agbongbo Akala.

Our mission is to celebrate culture, empower youth, and promote excellence across Egbaland.
The pageant honors the bravery, unity and resilience that Lisabi stood for. 

Our Mission

To select and empower cultural ambassadors who will:

  • Represent Egbaland with dignity
  • Promote Egba textiles such as Adire and Aso-Oke
  • Champion youth development & community initiatives
  • Uphold cultural values locally and internationally
